A self portrait. A confession. A mirror held up by the person who usually stands behind the camera.
I'm not always comfortable in front of the lens, but I've learned that vulnerability is often the only language that truly reaches people. This is a film about what it means to be an artist: the solitude that comes with chasing a vision, the doubt that visits even when the work is going right, and the quiet cost of building a life around something you can't fully explain to anyone who hasn't lived it.
Written, shot, and edited by me, this is my attempt to say the things I don't always say out loud, and to remind any artist watching that the loneliness of the road is not something you're imagining. Someone else knows it too.
For every artist who has felt unseen: I see you. I hope this film makes you feel a little less alone.
